I'm gonna throw out there that the only reason the movie toys lasted so long from 2007 is because they pushed Animated back to June. I have your back on this one, MikePrime. If they haven't done the Constructicons by now, they're not going to do it.

 

On a higher note, Hasbro doesn't make these for the adult collector. They make them for the kids. If you sent the petitions as parents or kids, they might bat more of an eyelash at it. It's just fortunate for them that we're so passionate so they can churn out repaints and pad their margins.

 

You mean Animated was pushed back to June because the movie toys from 2007 lasted too long.

this isn't ENTIRELY true, if it was, then there would be no need for the classics, 25 anniversary, state-side MP releases, alternators, or leader class ROTF Prime's complexity.
