What are the best transformers from each line?

What in your opinion are the best figures to get loose in each line. I have recently sold all my MISB, MOSC, collection of Beast Wars, RID, Armada, Energon, and Cybertron. But some I have opened and like the way they display and the playability in both modes. So based on criteria of playability, display, and awesomeness what do you consider the best of the best in each line? So I can start hunting some loose ones. I am only concentrating on the lines from BW and up, had a series, and are no longer available. Best in my opinion are:

Beast Wars:

Scorponok

Inferno

Transmetals Megs

Optimal Optimus

Beast Machines:

None

RID:

Scourge

Grimlock

Armada:

Unicron

Hot Shot

Optimus (deluxe)

Tidal Wave

Starscream

Megatron

Energon:

Gestalts Combiners

Sharticon

Megatron

Hot Shot

Cybertron:

Downshift

Hot Shot

Sideways

Scourge

Supreme Starscream

Beast Wars:

Optimus Primal, NOT the TM one

I second TM 1/2 Megatron

Any version of Dinobot if you enjoy his character

Beast Machines:

I agree with the none

RID:

Optimus Prime, regardless of if you like/hate that he's a fire truck

Ultra Magnus, but only if you have OP

Megatron/Galvatron has a pretty good bot mode, but most of the alts suck

Armada:

Honestly, I'd just go with Unicron, though I myself prefer and own the black Energon repaint. He just looks so wonderfully evil ^.^

I'm going to leave Energon and Cybertron as no comment. The Unicron trilogy was pretty pathetic in my eyes and there's not much I would truly want others to spend money on, let alone ebay prices

I have to agree with Energon Sharkticon. He's one of the better figures out of the entire line. However, all the individual robots that make up the gestalts in this line are pretty well engineered and have decent posability.

For Cybertron, the molds I enjoyed most were Evac and Sideways.

IMHO, cybertron Starscream is just TOOO damn big. It's a nice figure and transformation - but the size of it is just so out of scale to everything else, it renders it useless in MY opinion. Even my (now 8yr old son) never plays with it and hasn't in the past 2 years that he has had it. He has played with a lot of his cybertron ones, but the SC is rarely touched. When I asked him once, he said the same thing - it's too big.

For a figure the size of Starscream there should be alot more going on then a few flip transformation.

Based off the show I understand the size, but over all, it is a lacking figure.

Not a fan of the key gimmick, but Cybertron had alot of great figures.

Beast Wars:

Inferno - pretty show accurate and fun to play with to boot.

Depth Charge - Same as inferno, although back kibble limits posing

Beast Machines:

Spystreak - a lot of fun for such a small figure

RID:

Scourge

Ultra Magnus

Armada:

Dlx Optimus

Energon:

None, only because I only own Skyblast and he's most definitely not the best.

Cybertron:

Sideways

Legends of Cybertron Starscream- for such a small figure it has a lot of detail and has some pretty decent posing.
