Could Devastator possibly have a 2nd mode?

Spoiler idea:

As announced in that one article, 4 Decepticons went down to the bottom of the sea to revive Megatron. 3 of those cons were the Constructicons, the other has been unnamed. I was thinking that maybe the con that gave up his spark was part of the Constructicons, and that he was the one that originally formed the head or some other part and that Mixmaster was originally supposed to form the jet packs.

 

 

If what I said in the spoiler wasn't true, then do you think it is possible that Dev could have a 2nd mode which resembles more of a human than a gorilla. Where the arms would eventually be the legs and the legs eventually be the arms and the head would form a jetpack or whatever.

no. Perhaps the fourth Decepticon isn't in the frame which is why there are only three when we see them all. Maybe it isn't a Constructicon. Perhaps its Soundwave himself.

I think Devastator has a second combined form, but it's a giant combined vehicle. We saw it on the Devastator Power Bots toy.

Well if spoilers are right, the forth guy was soundwave who apparently is quite massive in size. Same spoilers allso said there were two constructicons who gave up their sparks to revive blackout and megs. How true that is I dunno.

I don't know who exactly confirmed it, too lazy to find that link, but he did deny some of those rumors and confirmed most of them. One had to do with reviving Megatron and said that it wasn't 2 bots that gave up their spark, it was only 1 and I highly doubt Bay would do that to Soundwave by writing him off the script so fast. I still think Soundwave is in space doing recon.

as per the novelization:

 

4 constructicons and ravage go down to where megs is. when the doctor checks out megatron he said he needs spare parts. 3 of the constructicons happily rip apart the fourth to get parts.
