MIB Images of Revenge of the Fallen Voyager Optimus Prime

Toy-Models have posted and action and images of a repainted version of the Transformers Voyager Optimus Prime in and out of the box with his Character Summary. The figure has some additional paint apps shown as Chinese characters since we last saw it. We're guessing on the Chinese writing as well. Read the Full News Story Here

I got 2 of the RV version.

 

This is a nice figure, but not an army builder, hence I've passed on all the other versions and will be skipping this one too.

 

If you missed it the first 10 times around though, it is recomended.

I think the Leader class will be a MAJOR new mold. This one just a slight redeco. I almost got excited with the over the shoulder smokestacks in the pics, but its no different from the other Voyager. Personally the other molds (Leader, Legends, FAB) have me very excited, especially the new Leader class. It looks...impossibly good.

I agree, the leader mold is something to look forward to. The robot mode looks like the transformation process is 10 times more intricate than the first. However, I speculate there's some major back packing issues.

Complexity will be pretty much the same imo. It's just a different transformation.

 

That Voyager deco is pretty ugly... rims are not even painted.
