Revenge of the Fallen Keychains, Hints at Prime, Jetfire Combination?

"Arlin" of The Arker has posted several images of upcoming Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen key chains shown during Toy Fair 2009, and they provide what may be some interesting details. The images provide a colored view of Bumblebee and silhouette views of Optimus Prime, Starcream, and a "New Figure" (*ahem* Megatron *ahem*).

Yeah the one labeled "Prime" has definately got Jetfire in there, whether he's combined or the stand alone figure and just mislabled. You can see his cone shaped engines (trademark on the SR-71) at his shoulders. Based on the shadow he at least looks pretty cool ... however I'm still waiting to see color pics of how they're put together before making a full judgement.

Oh yeah, that 'new character' is Megatron...with his gimp-ass arm...uhhhHHH, I can't stand his piece-milled design. Even him out for crying out loud. Ok, that's my rant! :D

If the Prime/Jetfire combination is true, and looks halfway decent, is a proper scale/class figure, I may be buying a ROTF toy or two.

I hope Megatron isn't a fail!

I have alot of hopes for the figure. The back story will go like this...

 

-TM2 Megatron recently faked his own death and forfited his temporary leadership of the Decepticons. It was a reluctant decision, and one he plans on reversing, but for now he has his prize, the Dark Matrix.

 

Meanwhile, the defeated Fury(TF1 Megatron), the hate spawn of the constantly beaten Cybertron Megatron, has been captured for study by Energon Megatron. Energon Megatron has learned how to splice the body with limited results(Voyager TF1 Megatrons) but wants to aply the process that happened unwittingly towards himself with purpose. He wants a new body for himself. One strong enough to confront Scourge again, the new Megatron Wreckage had built, Supreme Starscream, as well as anyone else who would stand in his way.

 

Working in secret he's found by TM2 Megatron who waving a Matrix offers some aid...
