Bay: Revenge of the Fallen Teaser Trailer In February

I'll wait for it to be uploaded to YouTube. I hate Football, so I wouldn't waste time watching the Super Bowl. No, not even for a TF trailer. No thanks.

Although, I do find it odd that we're not seeing a trailer before then. There's no need for a million trailers and commercials, but putting one out now or in this time frame isn't unheard of.

I hope they promote the film enough that people realize there's a sequel. Unless you're in the fandom, or watching E.T. (and I think The Insider?) you're gonna miss the news.

I don't know if his lax attitude is foolish pride, or laziness?

I'm less angsty this time around because we already have something to go by. Until then, Universe and Animated will tie me over. :sneak

Figured something was up when TDTESS TV spot mentioned something about the next Xmen or whatever being previewed.

Not much of an incentive to see this sh*tty wannabe remake.

I hear ya...I'm much more excited about either of those, especially :animated! Just feels like a fresher take on the direction that I wanted Transformers to go in...vs. BayFormers. Not that I hated the Movie or anything, but I love those 2-D toons!

I don't get why anyone would watch it if they don't like football. It'll be on internet soon enough anyway...

The films out in the summer, therefore trailers for those films would start appearing a month to three months before it's released. Six-ish for a first trailer. So it's that big a deal. But it's got a large amount of CGI in it, unless you want to see a trailer of just humans, that's fine.

Last time was different because it was just one continuous scene from the movie, therefore, could be done earlier...

I hope it won't be like the "rocket blast off" trailer we got last year. And more like the one that had SOME robot footage.

WTF?! The Day the Earth Stood Still was just fanboy rumblings from the "we might see a Nov. trailer" stuff from some months back. I doubt it was part of some master plan of Bays. Jeez.

That was a teaser to build "non fanboi" hype, which they patently don't need this time, due to the whole being a sequel gig they have going.
