he looks really good i will deffinitly get him but why did they raise the price to $11? :tfmad

inflation + rising cost of materials and labour

I think its an awesome toy and if they do a huffer/pipes with the same 1 alt mode 2 distinct robot modes concept well thats another £22 going to hasbro

Now I have to keep him and his brother from wreaking havoc with the con's on the other end of the shelves!

Don't just keep an eye on the 'cons.

They'll get into a lot more than just Decepti-baiting.

God help you if you have a Sentinel Prime figure somewhere. Or rather God help Sentinel.

I think you transformed one of the brothers with incorrect leg positions. One of them can have the rear end of the car at the sides of the leg unit and the other can use them as "knee Pads", thus helping to give both a different bot-mode to each other.

This is the right way to do a repaint. One can hope that, in the future, more interchangeability is built in to molds destined to be repainted.

Couldn't agree more. That was a really slick move on Hasbro's part and I'd like to see that technique used more in the future.

You'd have to take him apart to get the rear of the car on the outer side of the legs, and not the insides, unless you wanted the back of the torso/upper legs facing the front of the robot. It looks like the official transformation is the one in the pics.

You would have to take both legs apart and swap them. However, if you do that the slope on the bottom of the modded leg won't let you stand him straight. The foot is also too thin to take much off. It would require a more intensive mod.

I waited to by Sunstreaker until 'Swipe came out because it didn't feel right to purchase one of the brothers without having the other (I was skeptical of 'Swipe's release). But now I have them both, they're awesome, and my shelf couldn't be happier!

We just need the rest of the Ark crew to come out! :thumb

Here's hoping for a Punch/Counterpunch.

I think it was a good move on Hasbro's part to do this for the two. Seriously can't wait for my Swipes to get here tomorrow from HTS.

Easily the best Wave 3 guy!!! Sorry Ironhide, you just didn't live up to the hype in my eyes. Punch/Counterpunch would be nice...if Habro insists on doing gajillions of repaints, this is the way to do it. It's weird...this entire wave has the same color scheme (more or less): red, black, grey/silver, and a little blue. What a faux pas!
