Hot Shot is a great figure but makes it obvious that Mini-Cons are an afterthought in Legacy.

Haters are as common as air. Ironic, they act like children. YES! I thought the same thing when I saw the Cheetor sword.

I was reading some of the comments after the Rise of the Beast toy reveals and was taken aback. I could not believe the amount of hate I was seeing. It's not like it was the Studio Series stuff either though, it's literally the stuff for the kids specifically and not also for the collectors. They're not even that bad though. I'm getting all those Weaponizers and the Weaponizers that come with the larger figures, I'll be getting them too. I'll also be getting the Spark Armor style figures. It's nice that they learned from the Cyberverse releases and use the robot's arms as the armored forms arms instead of trying to make unarticulated arms from the armor piece but it's just a shame that the base figures are now worse overall than either size Spark Armor base figure from Cyberverse. But the price reflects this. More complicated armors with less complicated base figures for $20 which was right in between the prices for the two sizes from Cyberverse. The smaller, core class looking figure look pretty good too even if they lack some articulation. That Rhinox in particular looks real good. Back to the Weaponizers though, is it just me or do they remind anyone else of better designed Arms Microns from Takara's Prime line?

Finally getting around to looking at ole Red Cog, and perhaps he might work better with Fortress Maximus, or Grand Maximus. BUT, the real fun here is seeing what accessories go with whom! It adds just a little more to so many characters!

I 100% agree. I am always taken a bit by surprise by the amount of hate that spews from some of the fans. It's like they have no ability to pick and choose if they actually want to spend the money on something or not. I have really been loving the little dinobots despite their flaws. And yes! I have my Grimstone on display and can't wait to have 2 dinobot combiners.

Legacy Evolution Maximal Leo Prime Voyager figure review. This figure does not disappoint. You get 4 weapons and numerous ways to store them. A nice solid figure in both modes! -
Dreams really do come true! It seriously feels like they have a direct pipeline to my brain lately.

And rounding out the Transformers Legacy Evolution Stunticons we have Breakdown. I was super disappointed by how boring and lazy Wildrider was, since it is almost the exact same thing as the CW but with feet and harsh tolerances. As such, I was nervous about this guy. His story of good, bad and ugly is certainly more complicated than it was with Wildrider but maybe that's just what will make this guy more of a success.

Following the first look, we have many more images of the Transformers Rise of the Beasts Optimus Prime Voyager class figure thanks to Lichlute on YouTube.
