Non-Marvel #78.5 - The Last Quest

The Transformers: Seeds Of Deception and Transformers: The Lost Seasons projects present the final act of Non-Marvel 78.5: The Last Quest.

On an apparently dying Cybertron, wrapped in a “nuclear” winter caused by the aftershocks of Unicron’s defeat, two unlikely allies travel to find the key to the planet’s salvation.
They are the not-yet ActionMasters known as Rollout and Charger… an Autobot and a Decepticon!

In Act 2, their quest finally leads them to a lost temple whose architecture looks quite familiar. And an even more familiar face is waiting for them–but wasn’t HE supposed to be dead?

This 11-pages story takes place between G1 Marvel US #78 and #79, filling some gaps left by the rushed conclusion of the original series. More “behind the scenes” in the commentary to each page: check them out to learn how Simon Furman’s work is at the base of this extra issue!

Kool Kollectibles Review - UW-01 Superion

For the individual bots, I'd say the Hasbro and Takara versions are pretty much on par except for Silverbolt where I do prefer the Takara.
But in combined mode, there is no question at all that the Takara is the better option. Looks bloody nice!!
Stay tuned for full video comparison uploading now on the YouTube channel! :)

TransWarp: Primal - Issue #1

01 Aug 2015

Posted by Vernotron in Transformers Web Comics

G'Day all,

The Transversal Continuity is pleased to present:

TransWarp: Primal - Issue #1!

With a last-ditch, all-or-nothing push for victory underway on the planet below, the Maximal Air Defense (MAD) Wing find themselves with a new recruit -- and quite possibly a one-way mission. Can they keep the enemy fighters off the tail of the Xelor long enough for it to carry out the first successful TransWarp test and help and the Great War?

Cheers, happy reading, and feel free to comment!
- Verno.

Collector Interview 39 for TFSource - Ben Harpold

31 Jul 2015

Posted by Maz in Transformers Toy Discussion
There are those that specialise in Transformers of a particular era, and others that specialise in figures from particular geographic regions. Some collectors don’t specialise at all, and then you have the ones who specialise primarily in a single character and collect as many versions of the bot as possible. Ben Harpold is one such collector, or at least has become one. His dedication to Bumblebee and all of its incarnations, not to mention merchandise, is staggering. Maybe even more surprising is that once you remove the Bumblebees, what’s left is equally incredible and a stunning collection by itself. Just as there’s more to Ben’s collection than Bumblebee, there’s more to his enjoyment of the hobby than just toys also. Get ready to witness something quite extraordinary…
All the best

Chuck's Reviews Transformers Combiner Wars Legends Cl...

29 Jul 2015

Posted by chuckdawg1999 in Transformers Reviews

Legends Rodimus is an interesting figure. Most fans would agree that the original Classics mold has needed an update, well we got that update plus a downsizing. I'm a bit disappointed that the mold wasn't adjusted further to allow the ax weapon to be pegged in, in robot mode thus creating the iconic spoiler. If you're a fan of the character or the mold I can recommend this as a solid purchase.
