Third Party Legends Scale Constructicons And Mini-Devastator Coming From DX9?

A couple images have turned up today showing a new third party Constructicon project. The prototype seen so far only in incomplete Devastator configurations is being attributed to DX9 Toys, as part of their War In Pocket line of Legends-scale figures. If these are what they seem, we could have a very interesting project getting underway, although most might think that any existing Devastator is already technically scaled better for Legends Class figures.
