I've noticed some of the Universe deluxe figures such as Galvatron, Sunstreaker, and Octane (Tankor) have either weak arms or legs. When I say weak I also mean loose. They also break more than previous TF figures I think. Proof of that is the repaints like Acid Storm are not as breakable. Has anyone else noticed this?

When u say breakable, do you mean mean they pop off easy? That's true. In fact the breaks in some joints like Streaker's biceps are designed to slide right off. O_o

Good think human beings aren't designed like that!

I've had no such bad luck with mine. They hold together firmly. Sure if you force em, Sunstreaker's arms pop off, as do Prowl's door panels...but they pop right back on.

I went to town on galvatron with the superglue. Now most of his joints are nice and snug and he feels a lot more like a 10.00 dollar chunk than a .50 cent gumball machine throw-a-way.

I agree... Classics 2.0 deluxes (Sunstreaker being the exception) seem overly complex and flimsy compared to the first run of the line w/ Starscream and co.

Octane feels sort of "flimsy," but Prowl doesn't give me that impression at all. His doors are a batch, but I've figured out how to transform them.

I've had slight problems with ball joints popping off for Galvatron and Prowl, and Sunstreaker's arm sliding off at the bicep. I'll probably put on some clear nail polish at some point.
I now get a bit worried about ball joints. After not playing with my RiD Sideburn for a while, I picked him up and started to transform him. He had been fine before, but now all of a sudden the sockets to the balljoints on his shoulder/car-front and car-roof were badly cracked. I hadn't had this problem with any of my other toys and I think the reason is, because of his transformation, these parts were popping off a lot. This caused extra stress on the sockets.
I've glued the parts back in shape but sanded down the balljoints some just so I could put him in car mode. Those parts won't stay on in robot mode any longer.

On my Galvatron the only part that came off was his left arm. So I super glued it up, but that still didn't stop it. Then I took some plastic shavings and applied them to the mouth of the cup, and it works beautifully now! As a bonus, I also shaved down the "ratchets" on the shoulder joint so the cup wouldn't get stressed that way.
He's a wonderful figure, aside from his backpack which just gets in the way. I'll have to find another way to transform his backpack/mod it so that it's less intrusive.
Overall, my only REAL complaint is that his turret doesn't stick in very will in tank mode.

Yes same with me. I've only transformed him one the whole time of me owning him. Sunstreaker is really hard too but still Galvatron is just way too complicated.

Galvatron can't do much, but what he CAN do very few other transformers can!

He's running!

He's cheating!

Galvatron doesn't run, the world just moves in fear of him! (Insert bad CN jokes now)
