so I finally found Oil Slick today and I really enjoy him and the "Attack mode" in the instructions is just Go-bot goodness. But I've been thinking what was that other barrel for? it has an opening lid and they don't hint at anything in the Instructions it seemed to just be a barrel to put stuff in... but then it dawned on me its a beer mug. So I say to oil slick.

Oil slick must be German like Blitzwing. He carries his own beer stein with him.

Does that make them drinking buddies?

If they did bring him into TFA I'm sure he'd get along with the constructicons

Vehicle to vehicle combat is something all Transformers are skilled in, but with Oil Slick, it's a particular specialty. He knows more about how to disable and destroy a vehicle than almost anyone else in the galaxy. He knows that if he can break down the robot inside, the vehicle will come to a screeching halt. Canisters attached to his sides dump special chemicals that unlock the deepest fears of any robot exposed to them, while at the same time rotting wheels and burning through axles. Once the vehicle mode is destroyed, Oil lick SPELLING MISTAKE FROM TFormers! moves in close to finish off with his chain weapon.

HasTom does seem to be playing up the Gobotron influence of late... it's actually been rather refreshing to see some inspired takes on the "Mighty Robots"... that dont reduce them to Knock-Off Transformers. (Waiting for the repaint...)

Love the beer stein idea, but the Mr. Freeze helmet kinda gets in the way of drinking don't ya think?? Of course, with that kind of design flaw I'd be a malicious bastard (i.e. Decepticon) too.
