In a growing trend, more people are deciding to pick up their prepared meals from the local grocery store. Factors include price, convenience and a better health factor over fast food or casual restaurants. Grocery store chains have been responding by expanding their prepared food lineups and offering incentive programs.
We do this fairly often. It's not *always* healthier though.

All I'm saying is that my wife has NEVER let me do that to her at the grocery store.
At weddings, in a plane, or at my kid's preschool, sure. But NEVER in a grocery store.

I wouldn't let my kids go nywhere NEAR that thing! But I would be busy laughing at all the parents standing around thinking how innocent and cute the slide looked.

Not really. Most of our stores feature a full service deli, bakery and coffee stand. There are some stores that have mini restaurants though. Target and Walmart, for instance, partner up with Pizza Hut, McDonald's and Subway
