Well, to be fair, the movie never officially pronounced Two-Face dead. It was only assumed.

they held a funeral and had gordon spouted eulogies.... what more do you want?

didn't they have a funeral for gordon too?

Perhaps you're thinking of the one for Commisioner Loeb.

Uh yeah that was shortly before Gordon got shot inadvertently by Joker.

Sadly Two Face is dead.

I would not be opposed to seeing Scarecrow return for a third time. I know it's idiotic but I think each opening should have Scarecrow busted by Bats. Sort of a running gag of the series.

The way they ended The Dark Knight was fine with Two-Face's death. I can't think of how or why he would return.

I personally don't want a Batman3, but I know it's inevitable.

where did anyone get the idea that 2 face was dead, harvey dent is dead but two face is still alive, thats whos funeral they had.

Makes me wonder how they would pull off the penguin...
