I believe GI Joe was 1990 depiction at most, the other two series I do not even know.

There was one Transformer episode set in the future that had Cobra Commander do a cameo, but that's all I can think of.

I think that Joe was likely absorbed back into the military by 2010, being that Cobra would have concievably been eliminated as a threat. In fact, Cobra Commander isn't even refered to by name indicates that Cobra was no longer a real threat (especially with the whole united world deal) or really active during 2010 (though, in the US season 3 took place at about 2005 or 2006).

Something else to consider is that by 1990, GI Joe dumped any referense to TFs because of Dic getting the animation license, and many of the spin offs are not often integrated with the classic continuity of the first two Sunbow seasons to begin with.
