MTV has posted an interview with "Transformers" star Rachel Taylor in which she expresses her relief over not being called back for the sequel. Citing the role as “great experience,” Taylor went on to say it was “not quite what I want to do.” Focused on building her skills as an actor, she comments, "‘Transformers’ was important and defining for me because it taught me about what kinds of movies I want to make." Hey, I don't care how uncomfortable one is with the role, when it's THAT successful you'd be a fool to not want to come back for the sequel. My money is on that she is just saying that to save face.

Reminds me of Toby McGuire moaning about not wanting to be Spider-Man before the second one was filmed.

And again before the third one was filmed.

He wants to get back to much bigger and more memorable roles, like when he played as Seabiscuit.



Or Hallie Berry complaining about being Storm in X-men. She's much better as a serious actress in more adult roles. Like Catwoman.
