You won't find a clear Overload, or X-Dimension Perceptor without buying the TRU set, which easily goes for over $200 whether it's never been opened or not.
Shipping is immediate. meaning if you pay paypal during the morning, I can more than likely send it out the same day, if not the next day. Money Orders depending on type, like Money Gram, and WU and so forth may take a day or two to clear because I have special instructions with the bank due to fraud. US Postal Money Orders are easier to verify at the post office, so it would get shipped on the next day.
