Best part: Finding a giant shipment box on your doorstep of brand new TFs.

Worst part: Finding UPS used monkeys to handle the box and ended up damaging some of the toys.

I got lucky this time around with my latest shipment. There's a giant sticker on the box that reads "FRAGILE! HANDLE WITH CARE". Yeah, and the box was smashed on that corner all the way in. Thankfully the TFs managed to avoid the crushed end of the box by some miracle.

The best part
Realizing one day that your shelves are stocked better than any toy stores, and it's all yours!!!
The bad part
Realizing how much it cost to stock those shelves
The worst part
Coming home to find something didn't survive a fall off of one of those shelves
The inevitable part
Finding one day that you have no room for more shelves which you'll desperately need
Blitz
good the geeky bragging rights you get with your freinds

bad the price

Good:
It's a rather safe thing to be interested in compared to some of the other types of interests which could cost people relationships and jobs and stuff.
Coming home from work sometimes with a box waiting from UPS sitting at my desk (perk of living at home is packages are brought inside almost immediately).
It's a lot of fun, especially the hunt

Bad:
Can be mildly addictive and you can have that sense of okay, I got it, now what's next instead of savoring the one you just got or the ones you have already (which I take time to do, or at least try to).
Burden on the wallet especially with the economy, gas, and jobs being the way they are (especially when you're trying to save up for a new car by squirrelling away a little from each paycheck every week).
Can make it difficult to talk about certain subjects that I ahve absolutely little to no vested interest in due to this hobby (sports for example).

The Best:

Having some of the most kickass molds in every line since 2001.

Still enjoying most of them

The Bad:

Spending money in toys when I should have been saving up all those years

Friends/parents who give you that WTF were you thinking look when they find out you still collect toys and can't understand why.

No room to display most of them.

No money to build decent shelving space.

No money to keep up with recent lines/toys.

Best part:
Bringing home a bag full of goodies or getting that giant box on the doorstep.

Worst Part:
Wife saying "G*D DAMMIT MOTHERF*CKING HELL! WHAT DID YOU BUY THIS TIME!"

Worst Part (tie): Giving BJs behind 7-11s for a GI Joe 25A figures and finding them in stores the next day.
