I've been messing around with this rediculous mold for a couple of months now...wasn't sure what I was gonna do with it 'til my cousin gave me some of his "old" figures to destroy.Sorry that the pics are kinda crappy...it's the result of a bad camera and a subject that won't sit still.

Great job on the detail and that head really works with this mold. I thinks it's the places and points that you painted that make it blend so well.

Nice!
The only thing you need to do now is mod the roof so that it works like a shield.
I did that with my Camero CJ.

It takes a little bit of work but it makes the mold stand out from BB and would give Blurr that G1 accessory.

Oooh! OMG, I didn't even think of doing that...I almost forgot that G1 Blurr used a shield!

Now I know why we post this stuff in here!

Thanks for the feedback!

In my case i used the post from a broken Energon Starscream and then epoxy'D, painted and sanded it to fit. But there may be a better solution.

That was gonna be my next question...what did ya do to make the roof a shield...how big of a pain in the rear actuators was it to remove the separate pieces from the arms? Is that a movie Jazz head?

Used peg from E-Screamer. THIS was a pain to trim down to size.
I am sure there are better ways to do it. Infact the roof pieces have pegs anyway but if you connect it to the arm using them then its lopsided. (cause they are centered on each half piece)

This part is really easy. Unscrew arms (dont even have to take them apart - just loosen them. Slide out roofy pices, and retighten screws.

yes. with the ears filed down.
