To those who have no idea what I'm talking about, that's a drawing of Tifa Lockheart from Final Fantasy 7. She had ginormous boobs there, especially in the pre rendered videos. In those, it was nearly ridiculous.
Strangely enough, in official art for the game, her boobs are like normal large chested woman sized rather than "Jesus christ why hasn't her back snapped in half" size. Somewhere between concept art and the 3d graphics, something went horribly wrong.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the difference between "I do high quality art for my job" and
"I animate game characters and will lose my job if it doesn't sell well", personally.
The funny part about that? The guy who did the toned down official art later took over the entire FF series. >.>
