A consumer and his attorney are working on a class action status lawsuit against T-Mobile. In the suit, T-Mobile is being charged with mandating text service be available on their phones. T-Mobile claims that they use the texting feature for voicemails and billing services. However, consumers may receive unsolicited text messages on their phone that they have to pay for. The suit is in it's infancy and is seeking class-action status.
