Matthew Pillars, a 22yr old parolee, was sentenced to 2yrs prison while his accomplice Jack Keiffer, was sentenced to 45days in county jail on charges of felony great bodily harm. The incident occurred at a party in nearby Grover Beach. The 2 poured cologne on the victim's groin then set ablaze to it. The victim suffered 2nd degree burns to his testicles.
