I was watching Final Destination 3 today and I had an awesome idea:
A roller coaster transformer. It would be a Decepticon, of course, as he would cause all sorts of accidents.
Just imagine how Bay would work that in: In the beginning of the movie there's a vague reference to a roller coaster accident. Then near the climax there's a fight scene with the roller coaster in the background. Just always in the background. And then you suddenly see it moving and it turns into a behemoth that towers above all others. That would RULE!
And the toy would be cool, too. When he's in coaster mode his little trains could be battery powered.
P.S. Autobot X should be in the sequel, too. Then Sammy boy would have an actual use.

I still demand that Tidal Wave shows up carrying a full strike force of Seekers at some point in the franchise.
Other than the Armada game.

Yep, the aircraft carrier bot sketch really gave the "Tidal Wave" vibes.

I'll give you top points fopr originality but personally I don't see a carnival amusement ride being that practical a disguise.
That and Cityformer are stupid.
Now an earth mover or aircraft carier I could see working.
