*yawn* I mean yeah, I'm against it, but with Obama voting for cloture and him still being my most preferable candidate, what else is there to do? It's not even an issue of "well, now I'll just vote for the other guy", because I see him as infinitely worse.
On a slightly separate train of thought, this is all legal, for all the value that that holds. And I still think it's a lot, but at what point are sufficient people willing to say "the country" over "the existing law"? Either you respect the law or you oppose it in some fashion. If the latter, on what grounds (in our case)? I'm happy letting the country self-destruct if the ultimate power in the nation (the people) legally consent to doing so.
