It's racey, but not lude. No nudity or anything like that, so realy it's nothing bad.
So next we have to look at the aplication of the pic. It is very suggestive in a place where both adults and minors dwell. That in it's self makes it's sugestive nature inapropriate for minors, and lets not forget the ever offended women...
Hence, is it pornographicly offensive, well not realy, it's 3 girls enjoying a party(we've all seen alot worse in person, at least I have). It contains no nudity, no touching, or anything like that, it's just suggestive.
However is such a sugestion apropriate for the theme, and range of member of the board?
Well sadly, I'd have to say no. So right click, copy and save, and keep in mind, my decision in this isn't cause I'm a prude, it's cause theres kids here. I was a teacher for 3 years, and I can tell you this first hand, all it takes is one angry parent to farg it up for everyone.
