I personally, Voted For Starscream. It was close between him and Headmaster (total ownage!) but he's my favorite. He's the best Starscream ever. He had the Balls to actually try to, and almost succeed in killing Megatron.

Megatron, for sure. Not only does he have the kind of raw power any good villian needs, he has the intelligence to lay low while his plans are in motion. Plus he's enough of a smooth-talker that he's just about got me convinced that the Decepticons -are- just misunderstood and opressed

I voted for both Megatron and Starscream. Starscream is more Starscreamish than G1 Starscream! All hail Sponge Star Scream Pants!!! He had the ball-bearings to plant a bomb on his leader's back! And Megatron is pure in physical form! He's got G1's style, but Beast Wars' intelligence and cunning. And Corey Burton voicing him = !

But I have a concern as to why a certain character was excluded.

Blitzwing was more of a mook than a real villian. He's just cannon fodder.

Lockdown, on the other hand, I feel qualifies as a villain in his own right, since he's not directly aligned with either Decepticon faction. Ditto for Swindle.

Megs is the ultimate villain! They made him excessively bad@$$ in TF:A...and I LOVE it! I just don't care for any of the human villains...IMO, it takes away from the Con's storyline, and the whole struggle between Bots & Cons...that is the TRANSFORMERS! It makes those particular episodes really seem like, well...filler! I think this series is TOO GOOD for that kind of fluff.

Angry Archer would SO get my vote. A dude running around the "city of the future" in a friggin robin hood outfit shouting out "For SOTH, I vanquish thee with thy arrows of burglerdom!" or somethin like that is just lol to me.

Oh but in this poll, Megatron.. hands down. Corey Burton is the new David Kaye imho. Really brings the character alive in a more Darth Vader sort of way.. and I really enjoy how he's written. I can't ever keep a straight face with Starscream.. it's not that I don't like him as a character, its just the minute he says something he sounds like "Angry Spongebob" .. its hard to take it seriously outside of that context. I love Tom Kenny too.

WHY IS LOCKDOWN NOT IN THE SLAGGIN POLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ...and on the subject of villains, we need more episodes with Soundwave in them. I guess with Lugnut now being the official brown noser, soundwave isn't as effective a character? Anyway, I'm voting for Megatron over Starscream. I mean, geez, Starscream is immortal, but he still can't slag Megs?? In that one episode, technically, Megatron killed Starscream at least 4 times.

Done and done. As for Shockwave, I agree. I haven't seen much G1, but I've seen enough. Maybe somthing'll happen to Luggy.. And yes, that was the best TF montage eva! However, It might be a close second to the one at a Bridge to Close Pt II, whitch I havent seen (cuz of dat sugared up Jack frosty douche). but I might go see if it's on youtube now.... I missed the American broadcast both times.

Well I don't know if he's the ultimate bad guy, but I like the character and characters like him non the less.

Megs is getting boring, tho he's the best Megs ever created for the TV shows, hands down.

Starscream I can't stand. I cringe when I hear the voice, but His figure mold is awesome...toy great, cartoon character sucks!

Starscream - He's not a whiny wimp like G1, nor is he too badass like in Armada/Energon/Cybertron. He strikes a perfect balance, and seems to be the trickiest 'Screamer. *Spongebob laugh*
Megatron - He slagged Starscream. Awesome.
Porter C. Powell - He KICKED A LITTLE GIRL OUT OF HER OWN HOME AFTER TELLING HER SHE DOESN'T EXIST. That's pretty much the most lowdown, rotten thing ANYONE in Transformers fiction has ever done, next to Cobra Commander kicking a puppy.
Meltdown - He looks good in a pimp suit, has Pretenders as minions, and is a great dancer - booga-looga-looga-looz - what's not to like?
Headmaster - HE'S L337 AND W1LL PWN YOUR LAMER N00B FACE FOR TEH LULZ!
Professor Princess - Too... Awesome...
Lockdown - The darkest, meanest, and most downright evil of all TF villians. And he's sane, which is a plus.
