That's unused concept art from the first film, IIRC. She was going to be in the film, but they nixed her in favor of Ironhide.

I don't imagine she'll look too different from that in TF2, though.

I would be surprised if she didn't show up considering she was planned for the first movie. If for no other reason than it would let Hasbro reuse their existing Arcee sculpt.

I think that if anyone's going to play Arcee at this point it will be Nina Dobrev because shes is on the cast and romuored which usally mean someones a robot.

Sarcastic remark not withstanding I think they ought to give Susan a shot at auditioning. If her voice doesn't work then cast someone else.
