Seems like it's "Toy Only" for now. The show staff didn't know about it, and didn't write it in. From the way they sounded at Botcon, though; even if Hasbro says it's "Toy Only" (in ref. to Oilslick, at least), they're going to try and work it into the series some how.

Yep, the show's staff said they have big plans for Soundwave in season 3. Here's hoping he gets Laserbeak.
