Would it be possible to add a "mark forums read" option to each forum's subforum group? I mean, without having to go into each subforum and click it. Save a few clicks that way.

Sorry about that. The feature is there already, but not very obvious. Click the Autobot symbols on the forum index and it will mark everything as read.
