The collection forum isn't putting newly replied topics to page 1. As an example... I replied to my post and it is still on page 3...

Why does this forum have the same rules as the Endcap Feedback forum?

Yeah, I noticed this as well. The threads seem to be in alphabetical order according to the name of the person that started the thread. I would greatly prefer to have it changed back to the way it was w/ the newest posts listed first. I wanna see what new things people post w/o having to scroll through three pages. Could one of the admins please change it back (I'm looking at you LMH).

Thanks.

I'm having trouble posting things.

I like the alphabetical order for the collections. It's makes it easier to go see who has what.

FYI you can resort any forum at the bottom of the page...

it was sorted alpha in order to find collections more easily (and to hopefully encourage people not to make a zillion different collection threads).
Tripredacus
I totally understand that line of thinking. But if you do it that way, you need a mod to merge multiple threads by the same person.

EDIT: and put a disclaimer sticky telling people that it defaults that way.

It doesn't keep the setting if you click a thread and then go back to the forum index.

Did you click the "remember settings" box when you made the changes?

For the record, I was confused by the seemingly sudden change at first too and I thought I might have re-ordered the forum "incorrectly" myself on accident. Anyhow, I put it back because I like to see when a poster has updated their collection with new pieces and I can't tell that if it's alphabetical icon_wink.gif

The forum description has a line about if you've "Got tips on how to keep your TFs dust and scratch free" to share them. It feels a bit strange to have a user post a comment such as this or ask a question and have it lost in the ABC list where posters who don't use the "new posts" button wont ever find it.

Just my two cents..... twice now.... so I guess my 4 cents

The correct settings are:

Order: Last Post
Sort: Z-A
