It's a little long...just read it there. I think this is an interesting condition- much like AIDS going the way of polio and malaria in 1st-world countries, while continuing to be largely ignored as a problem in developing nations.

too long to read right now but I kinda get the sense that its about gays/people not really being afraid any longer of getting it, seen stuff like this on TLC/similar channels. There are even groups of gay men that believe its a gov't conspiracy so they advacate not taking meds or needing protection.

In short I don't care what advances the world has made towards HIV/AIDS I never want the sh!t.
Well I take that back, I care but still don't want it.
