Haha...No one can sit in a dilusional state and read "the little black goat" quite like he can...."Sir! America is under attack!"
"But this is the good part!"
American leaders don't get their limos pelted with eggs. American leaders are not draft dodgers. American leaders do not use taxpayer dollars to fund personal oil businesses, then suddenly up and sell them right before the well turns up dry...He's just Big Bush, Cheney, and Ashcroft's little puppet boy, and he'll do anything to try to make his daddy proud, even if it means killing thousands of strangers on a weekly basis. They're just strangers, who cares? That's the Texas way! If you don't really know them, did they really ever exist?

Why is it that Bush supporters seem to always be from the south?

"You ever notice that the last 4 years that our country has been run by a Bush, a Dick, and a Colon?" Most people in the South know the difference between Capitalism and Socialism. Hence the South usually votes against Democrats. Extreme Liberals=Socialists. Last time I checked, this country was suppossed to be a Democracy.

And you should be pitied for picking on someone's home state. During the Civil War,a Southern trooper could ride farther, shoot faster and more accurately, march farther, and fare far better in the wilderness than his Northern counterpart. Plus, the South had a far better general: Robert S. Lee. Assuming "Cyberfornia" in your location descriptor means California, I don't think that was even a state back then, just an area under control by Mexico. Really, Wheeljack, he who lives in glass houses....

Not exactly. But the point I was trying to make was that Alabama does have some things going for it, although in retrospect, the civil war probably wasn't one of those things.

Maybe that is why people want to vote for them. Call it the Beavis and Butthead Syndrome.
It's kinda like Southpark last night where the kids all wrote in for a big douche and a turd sandwich to be their school mascots.

Actually socialism is an economic mode. Also, keep in mind socialism and communism are not the same. And, the US is a republic not a democracy.

Could have sworn it was a dictatorship ....
(and it probably will come down to one vote - lol)
as a non yank, limey pom, i really couldn't care less. Bush has already said NO to just about everything that looks after this planet anyway - so we won't be here much longer anyway.

and on a lighter note - Vote cthulhu - Why go for the lesser evil?

Bush won. We're doomed. Had Kerry won, we'd still be doomed. Both options were lame, though I would have preferred a change. Bush is a knob. At least Kerry would have spent his first term fixing Bush's mistakes, thus not leaving him a whole lot of time to make any big ones of his own. Did you know that Bush passed a bill basically eliminating overtime pay? That sucks, because that's how I buy my Transformers, for the most part. Oh well. We'll see how the next four years go. Hope we make it through...
