When Arcee came out I remember most people saying she couldn't be posed properly with the gun in hand. Initially it looks like the only way to attach the gun in the peg holes on the sides of her arms similar to how Enegon Arcee is able to do but inside. WRONG. I'm probably the last one to figure this one out. I was unpacking and transforming the movie figs when I got to Arcee and tried to figure out how the hell to get her to properly hold the gun. Upon closer inspection of the weapon I realized it had a slot near the rear with several teeth in it. Must be for something and sure enough the top of Arcee's arm (Left) has a slot that it fits into. This allows her to hold/fire the gun straight and outwards opposed to the side.

Very cool. Transformers from any line continually to amaze/surprise me with all the little hidden gimmicks/features that eventially show up.

On a side note Leader class Prime I've now discovered looks probably the best with his rear wheels unclipped and just hanging fully/extended along the legs. It takes away a lot of the mid body kibble and almost look natural behind the front wheels.

Well I'll be...

It works. It actually works. She just shot up a bunch of points in my book. Excellent find, thanks for sharing it!

....you gotta be kidding me. You two did not know this?

...Tell me you knew that the wheels over her shoulders can lock in place when positioned right?

I knew about the weapon. What about the wheels. How do they lock. I'm sick of the flopping, and I can't do anything as far as decent posing with them over her chest.

Well, they lock when you have the wheels folded over her chest. At about a third of the wheel-half on each side, there is a small notch, that can align with a small piece to lock the wheel in place.

If I'm doing it right, she looks worse than if there was a way to lock them on on her shoulders letting them out. Besides, it restricts movements of her arms thus eliminating any coolness. It's already bad enough her arms don't bend normally.

Oh yeah, I knew about the wheels. I just don't understand why Hasbro leaves out so many key pieces to these transformations. One extra panel on the paper ain't gonna break anyone, especially since we're paying for it.

Is this for Energon Arcee or Movie Deluxe Arcee? Cause only thing I've seen on Movie Deluxe, are small "dents" on the upper arm, that fit the shape of the wheels if you fold them tightly in... it's not locked tho, just... squeezed in place sorta :<
Found the post to attach the xbow tho, looks good I guess /shrug

I actually like keeping her wheels up in the air.. I dunno, to me it looks more visually appealing that way.

Well, in the year I owned her I transformed her all of one and left her in bike mode half the year, and the other half in storage so no I didn't know of this. Also didn't study the instructions very hard and I'm not about to dig em out and refer to them either.

The wheels IMO are better up or backwards. The chest lock position looks pretty retarded overall.

That's what she said
Detective Barricade
Yeah, that's where her crossbow goes. I knew that when I got her! She looks very nice with 'Bee (as Autobot comrades, sickos! tounge1.gif ), even though she should be about half his height (9' vs. 18')! As for the wheels, they don't really lock, they just sit there on her arms with the tightness of the hinge they're connected to. Her gun, compared to Energon Arcee's, is complete g1-OptimusPrimeAniLevelup.gif !
Haggisjin
People didn't realise this? wtf1.gif

I generally have her posed hugging Bumblebee's leg while he holds up his sword-gun thing like that old Star Wars Episode IV poster...
