K. My opinion on the whole CLASSICS astrotrain w/ CYBERTRON jetstorm: F'ing retarded. Why is this an issue? I don't get it..... at. all. It's dumb. It's a fan mode, nothing more.

That said: There's no reason to believe that Wingblade can't combine with Prime. It's not like Hasbro at all to make extensive mold changes on a toy for no reason. It would cost more money and have no benefit to either Hasbro or the fans. Now, why on earth anyone would want to combine this horrible color job (pea green and pee yellow on drab grey) w/ a red and blue/black prime is beyond me but...who I am to judge.

well...it would benefit those who missed the original rare wing saber figure, in fact ive been trying to get one on ebay but people keep jumping in the auction. and the nemesis breaker hyperlink mode was a stupid feature imho because it looked so...wrong.

but yeah thats true recolors and all that. stupid merchandise expansion move or whatever u call it.

What Hyperlink Mode with Nemesis Breaker. Unless you're referring to when Nemesis combined with Megatron or are you talking about something else altogether?

no i meant nemesis breaker with prime. since nemesis is just a recolor of leobreaker and in the same cybertron line it is actually possible to link it with either one.

i got this figure about a month ago... i was moderatly dissappointed.

1. one of the spring loaded missle launchers was missing
2. the insstructions didn't include how to combine him with cybertron prime

after downloading the instructions it seemed like a good idea ruined by it's combination gimmick.
it looks ok combined with the red/black prime color scheme... i wouldn't think so with the original

The originals white so IMO it matches up with Prime's red/blue scheme a lot better that that ugly olive green or whatever it is on the movie release.

About connecting him to Prime I have to agree. Bad gimmick, very disappointing in comparison to previous line gimmicks. Wingsaber is much better as a standalone figure. Even as such the bot mode is heavily flawed and sports pretty poor articulation posabiliy for the most part.

My least fave of the Cybertron Ultras.

If anyone gets a pic of OP and Wingblade, please post. Eager to see if grey/green is better than white/yellow ^^

I'm tempted to buy this guy myself since the only other Wing Saber I have is the TRU Sonic Convoy gift set toy with all the red chrome and I really don't like getting it out of the box so getting one to play might be cool and I kinda dig the colours

That doesn't look that bad. If you can't get the original, this works just fine imo. The yellow still looks slightly better than green, but the grey vs white... /shrug.
