I can't find any information at all on this figure that I bought when Gundam SEED came out, it's like all information was wiped out off the internet. It must be really rare or something or maybe a bootleg, which I doubt, but who knows. Yes, it does seem that a hand a missing, but I'm 100% sure that it is packaged in a hidden compartment, at the base of the box, with the shield and gun. Maybe the gun and hand is one piece, thus why it wasnt connected in the package cuz there was no room. The site I bought it from doesn't even have it, nor was I expecting it to still be in stock, but I assumed they would've left it up on their site as sold out.

Looking at the packaging, it's made by Banpresto. They're kind of like an off-shoot of Bandai that produces (I think) mostly the Claw Catcher game prizes.

Maybe if you search for Gundam Seed Banpresto, or something similar you'll fine what y'need?
