It looks real to me. But there is an issue. The guy has zero feedback. And this:
Most people understand you build up your feedback by buying stuff then try selling later. I wouldn't buy it just because of this, no matter the price. Sure you get Paypal protection, but do you want to go through that? If you really want to pursue this item, have the seller send you additional pictures, of say, the back or the sides or something. See if he delivers. That's all I can say about it.

i concur, accept have him provide proof that he just took the pics, such as a note with his ebay user name and the date
