I'm liking Powell. Well, hating him, but he's a far more intellegent character than you'd expect in a kid's show.

I don't get how Sari doesn't own Sparkplug, at the least. He was her birthday present.

Because she cannot be proven to exist, thus the robots default back to Sumdak Industries.

I just watched the episode on YouTube and that line made me

Except, then why did she get to keep her suitcase or her key for crying out loud? If the robots are Sumdac's, then so is everything she owns. Surprised he didn't make a move for the key, as it is Sumdac property (it's a security key, which she has a deposit on, thus implying that it still is ultimately owned by Sumdac).

And Powell is enough of an ass that he's try to keep everything she had. Especially an incredibly powerful alien relic.

I'm pretty sure he has no idea what it is. After all, it doesn't look like a Sumdac security card anymore.

But he has to know about its value... I don't think Sari's been keeping its power a secret. If she has, she hasn't done a good job. So why wouldn't he try to take it? And her other belongings, just to be an ass?

Well obviously he doesn't know about it since he didn't try to take it from her. And I think it's enough that he's kicking her out of her own home, don't you?

Not that these are really vitally important questions or anything.........

Taking the Key = Loosing the only excuse of Sari being in the show at all.

Taking everything else from her = To show how much of a Dipshot fargknob Powell really is.

Death to Powell!


Also, the "Maybe she's a robot." line was so coincidental that it made me laugh... HARD.

That and "I am so NOT a ma'am" are my favorite quotables.


Oh, those and Bulkhead's "Or maybe Sari's a robot!"

I think the main reason is that he doesn't want to piss off the giant robot friends she has, especially seeing how some more, even bigger robots showed up.

Probably just the plot for another episode, maybe?

I see they kept the sound effects in the opening sequence. I really, really dislike that. It makes the theme song hard to hear, and it doesn't really do anything to enhance the intro. A bunch of generic cartoon sound effects are only distracting. With the exception of the transformation sounds on the insignia shots (and even those are a stretch), I wish they'd cut out the effects entirely.
