He's a futuristic double rotor helicopter, something like a futuristic version of a V-22 Osprey.

His Cybertronian mode was only seen for like 20 seconds, and we never got a close-up of it. The double rotor attack copter is his Earth mode, and we saw in in Megatron Rising, Part 2.
