dude, thats awsome, I love the idea for this. Also, lintlizard has already asked, but who IS the base for Cerebros. I think I might see some gundam connections in his shoulders, so is he scratch built, or a gundam base?

Arms for Cerebros are Vector Prime, obviously, the rest of the body isn't so he must be scratch-build.

Having it become a hall costume would be pretty cool. Enter it in the art contest in robot mode, with posters of its other modes behind it, and then wear it around the con to freak people out.

HELLO ALL ..its been a while since i updated,lets get to it .i said i had something different planned for Forts head. as it goes in G1 season 4 ,cerebros is an individual robot that becomes the head of fort max and in the comic forts body is controlled by galen then spike, well i took the liberties of combing the two and tweaking it alittle. i didnt want to make cerebros bigger than my classics ,so i made him in scale with the deluxe sizes and instead of him becoming the head, he is the brains of fort max body.

wowowowowowowow! The head is awesome in every sense of the word!! I can't wait to see the entire robot.

I'm planning on making a Fort Max too but I'm no where near that ambitious. Your's is looking awesome but my wife would kill me if I tried anything that huge. I can't wait to see what you do for the rest of his body to make him stable enough to stand.

its very clever to have cerebros fit into forts head instead of becoming it completely and putting him out of scale with the other figures. cant wait to see the rest of this project come together.

i added the window for the cockpit area and the thrusters





here is the middle section of max, ramp area and tower components, the neck connector will raise up and down when not in use, it rotates 360"

At first I was thinking making Cerebros just fit inside the head was somewhat of a copout, but the idea to have Fort Max's head transform into a ship is incredible! Nice work!
