Optimus Prime totally shattered the Allspark, (which totally didn't kill megatron when it was shoved into his chest.) Now Sari's key is 00ber pwn. I don't think Ultra Magnus is going to be happy.

which part of the ending aren't people getting? The Big Boom. or the Megs saving Sumdac?

So......... I think I'm gonna use the spoiler tags just in case some people haven't seen the episode yet.

Megatron has been defeated and the allspark is neutralized, but there are still tons of questions that need to be answered. What did Sumdac want to tell Sari? Why did the allspark show Sari a picture of DNA? What is the fate of Sumdac in Megatron's clutches? Why am I asking so many questions?

I guess only time will tell...

Now, time for my own personal pain of having to wait for both YouTube & Torrents.

Prof Sumdac has the magical ability to apear in and disapear from Megatron's hand when it is conveneint.

I didn't think they were gonna let megs have 2 swords. That was cool. Starscream was a dumbass getting that close to Megs. Prime was way more effective against Megs than I ever imagined.

Actually, now that I think about it, Sumdac's been teleporting all over the place recently.
In Part 1 of "Megatron Rising", when the reconstruction scene took place, Sumdac was eungulfed by Megatron's hand and pulled into the floor. However, when the hand reappeared, Sumdac was not present.

Hmmm.... hold on just a second... maybe there's some sort of connection between Megs and Sumdac that sprouted from exposure to the allspark.

Awesome episode! Great thinking on the part of the Autobots to deal with the Decepticons.

Megatron is right, the Autobots are just mere distractions, perhaps individually. As a team they win, but just barely. They need some upgrades before Megatron really gets pissed.

I think it's rather interesting and funny to see Transformers Animated go into the direction of Inu Yasha, a rather wellknown japanese Anime. In it, a magical chrystal gem is shattered, and its fragments bring forth all sorts of new creatures, like, for example, a sentient trashpile, or a pair of construction vehicles....

When Optimus shouts 'Have your fill!' and hits him Megatron's right hand falls right beside Sumdac, close enough for Sumdac to move his arms in front of him out of fear of being hit.

The only discrepancy I can find is that Sumdac somehow ends up in Megatron's left hand.

I thought for sure the Dinobots were going to join the fight, since they crashed on Dinobot Island. I wanted to see some sword clanking between Megs and Grimlock.

If that is where they crashed, that's cool, Prime'll probably give it to the dinobots as a peace offering.

It would make sense to keep in touch with them.

I didn't think about that...the "dispersement" of the Allspark will likely create all sorts of new life.

You have to remember that Black Arachnia was originally an Autobot (Elita-1) prior to being mutated. Therefore, that might explain her lack of flying ability.




Here's how I got it. When Prime breached the Allspark casing, causing Megatron to overload, Megatron fell against the airlock, with Sumdac being close to his left hand. As Megatron stands up, you can see him clutching his left hand closed. That is where Megatron captures Sumdac! Now, how Sumdac was able to survive the Allspark's explosion is beyond me.

Personally, I was hoping for more of a Megatron vs Starscream confrontation than what happened. It was pretty... weak. Overall, though, a well done episode.

Oh yeah! G1 callouts:

1) The ship crashing in the same position as the G1 Ark did (Been mentioned before in this thread, but meh)

2) The fact that Megatron, after being 'reborn', almost immediately takes Starscream offline, then asks if anyone else wants to follow his example, a'la Animated Movie.

It sounds almost like you're implying that all Autobots incapable of flight and Decepticons capable of such feat. For small hint, look at Soundwave & Lockdown. Did they fly?

Yeah...it would really suck if the definition of "not flying" was being an Autobot. I'd wanna be a 'Con.


Anyway last time I checked, spiders are incapable of sustained flight.

This was a pretty decent episode. Mostly because it showed Megatron just kicking Autobot ass. That was probably the most fun of everything.

Anything else I want to bring up (Sari 'biting' BA, Ark crashing ala G1, Starscream getting his, Sumdak, the Allspark's disbersement) have been brought up, at least in the capacity I was going for.

Here's to a good Season 2. Hope to see more 'Bots and 'Cons.

O RLY? But, really, you consider that enough of an explanation for the ridiculousness of having Sari biting her, causing BA to let go? If you hadn't noticed, Half Organic also means Have Technological, IE Half Metal.

Says who? How can you tell it doesn't mean half her body parts are organic, and the other half technological, and that Sari just bit an organic part? Or how can you tell that her 'skin' still is still as hard as metal?
