Head wounds result from English muffin fight between roommates

Never underestimate the appeal of a toasted English muffin after a night of heavy boozing.

An argument between friends over who ate the last English muffin ended with head wounds, according to a Beaufort County sheriff's report.

Around 11:30 p.m. Monday, one of the roommates, a 23-year-old man, ventured into the kitchen for a snack, preferably one with delicious nooks and crannies. He discovered the muffins were gone. Fisticuffs followed.

He hurled a shot glass that hit his roommate, 20, in the face. His roommate retaliated, smashing him over the head with a vodka bottle.

In the end, their friendship prevailed: Neither pressed charges.

i have some of them, they're lovely with a bit of clotted cream and rasberry jam.

not to be a stereotype but they are really nice.

i could imagine myself getting into that kind of situation buti don't think i'd resort to violence, a horse's head in his bed is more than enough.

Given my upbringing as an Englishman, I don't think ANYONE eats what I know as a Muffin with Jam...

A scone, However.

He said "You ain't seen nothin' till you're down on a muffin
Then you're sure to be a-changin' your ways"

Oh, the times I could reminisce
'Cause the best things of lovin' with her sister and her cousin
Only started with a little kiss

course you do. you put them in a toaster, and eat them with jam. or whatever you want on them, they go quite nicely with Dairylea i find. I think they're nicer than crumpets, but not quite as nice as a Piklet (which is a sort of cross between a crumpet and pancake.) I've just realised my id at the moment is a toaster and i'm talking about grilled bread products redface2tf.gif
