Cool Hand Lube
It's been a while since I showed off my collection. Last year I had to tear it all down so we could get out basement floors sealed and the old coal chute windows closed up. I got it put back up a month or so ago, andf I've just been fiddling with everything trying to find its home.

So without further ado...

And to wrap things up, i'm going to post pics of my easy customs (I know, I know...wrong forum..but OH WELL!)

Custom Black Classics Devastator:

I bought two sets so I could make my all green Classics version. I HATED having the center guy green with all the limbs black, so I painted the center guy all black and then added some highlight colors (red, gold, silver). The paint went on nicely (testor's enamel), but I did NOT paint him to transform. There are some hollow green areas still present, but you can't see them. I place him with my Energon Decepticons.

RAR!:

Mr. DeVille?:

This was my first custom TF. I never knew how much goes into painting these dudes. He looks OK, can transform if I want to, but I lost a lot of the molded panel detail with the paint, and some of the paint just chipped off the first time I touched him. I also couldn't get the long middle pin back in so he is technically in two pieces, but you can't tell.

Sweet collection. I like the 20th posing with the DVD. I'm going to take that one. I didn't know Rev Prime was the same high as the Joes. I'm in the basement also and we were thinking of doing some fixing/finishing up down there, but we'll see.
Cadogen
To say that's a mega buttload of TFs would be a grave understatement
Bestimus Mucho
nice looking collection. Sir I tip my hat to you. Namely the jimmy hat I just used while banging your mom.
Drewbie

All these wonderful collections...putting mine to shame. Excellent setup though. Saw a few pieces in there I would love to add to my own.
Sami
Very nice collection, looks likr a fun place to hang out in..Actually, it looks similar to my bedroom..Without the whole basement thing. And your customs look pretty nice. It's easy enough to get that pin back in as well--or, a trick, just grab some soddering wire, and put that in instead.

I didn't know Rev Prime was the same high as the Joes.

Same here - that kinda took me by surprise. I always assumed that the Revoltechs were more like Deluxe Class-sized TFs. Not that I think that that suddenly makes them inferior, mind you... I was just surprised by it. I guess the pictures helped me put things into perspective (bad pun intended)

Wow! I don't even know where to start... Awesome collection.
