i think its a nice toy but.. not worth getting a 3rd time (i have regular toy plus non-all spark night watch prime)

It's the stupid Nightwatch version that is not worth getting if you ask me.

the US one with that all spark blue yeah I agree its crap looking. but the UK toy and the japanese one didnt have any of that stuff so it looks rather nice in person but different strokes for different fokes#

also if their going to repaint it I'm happy they did something totally different from the movie with this toy I feel ripped off for getting it the first time round

Nightwatch Prime is fine if you plan on touching it up to look like an "Ultra Magnus"-type figure. Otherwise, it's less than impressive.

Yea I agree Nightwatch Prime kinda ruined the Original Movie Leader Optimus Prime. It's no wonder they are easy to find. Premium Prime at least has new features and sounds.

you never mentioned the holes in the roof for his ears, what are they like? distracting or hidden well enough?

I got mine today from Amazon. They're hidden well enough. My only issues are the following:
His Autobot logo on his grill is unpainted, like the first release, his elbows are backwards (will have to take a screwdriver to it later), he's missing some paint in a few areas like his legs and shoulder (will have to correct that). I plan on getting the stickers from reprolabels for both Leader and Voyager (both have things I can use to make Leader Prime accurate).

Where did you get that sword for regular Prime?

I painted mine and ordered the reprolabels for both Voyager and Leader (original, Premium, and soon to be Premium Takara) Prime and as always, I highly recommend them. This Prime is nice, but Takara Prime will be fantastic if it comes w/ the chrome.

I finally got to see both Premium Prime and Megatron the other day as well as some of the other premium figures. I plan on getting them both soon seeing that in my opinion they're only ones worth getting. Especially Megatron, he's by far was the greatest improvement compared to the other premium figures I saw. The only issue I have with Premium Prime is that the legs have a metallic finish but the arms don't and it looks sloppy and inconsistent to me. I personally don't like the metallic-finish-legs and prefer the body job on the original. So I'll be mix and matching head, body , and the Bonecrusher Fillet Blade.
