Decepticons startoff by kicking all the autobots asses!

Then Sari and Blackaracnia go the ark, thinking that the key is there. Ratchet confronts BA. Sari tries to help Ratchet, after he gets his butt wupped by BA. BA leaves after not finding the key. Sari saying sorry to Ratchet.

Dinobots decide to join the fight after seeing the exposions from a distance. Can't resist a fight. They turn the tide.

As it seems Autobots are winning, Prime manages to get key from Megs. Soundwave appears to save Megs, uses a soundblast to mess everybody up. Megs and Soundwave (this is first step for Soundwave to be Megs right hand man)and decepts get away. Starscream is alone, swearing to be one day the leader.

I think Soundwave shows up. Not sure about Lockdown. I know he's listed as a Decpticon, but has he really taken a side? He's just in it for the upgrades, and the Decepticons pay better. I'm not sure he'll show up for this Autobot/Decepticon showdown.

Black Arachnia is obviously going to play a bigger role in Part 2, as she has Sari.

Dinobots are being set up to "turn the tide" in favor of the Autobots...much like in G1.

When did part 2 become the season Finale? We have way more to go.

I expect the Autobots to get their asses handed to them and then they call in Jazz and friends.

We're getting two series straight away. This is series 1 - 13 episodes I think...

We're on episode like 15 right now. Ending at 26

Better than G1 Which only had the 3 part opener and a regular 13 ep season equalling 16 eps for the slow.

If you count the 90-minute pilot as one episode then Megatron Rising Part 2 is episode 13.

Cartoon Network seems to do 13 episode seasons. I think this 2 parter will end Season 1, but Season 2 will almost immediately follow.

That being said, here is what I think will happen:

1) Decepticons will mincemeat Autobots

2) Sari/B.A. will make an attempt at the key

2) Megatron and Starscream will have a confrontation

4) Said confrontation will be interrupted by Dinobots, who will send both 'Cons packing

5) All out Battle Royale, with the Dinobots again saving the day

6) Call going out by Autobots to the Elite Guard, which will set up the next episode.

In terms of characters, I'm expecting the Autobot Elite Guard to show up, but I wouldn't bet on Soundwave, Lockdown, or seeing the Dinobots again (I think it would be too out of character for them to show up and suddenly be competent soldiers that can tell the good guys from the bad).

I also wouldn't be surprised if we see more of this "Omega" thing the Autobot ship's got built into it.

Seeing as how they devoted two long-ish scenes to the Dinobots in part 1, I have a feeling they're going to show up again in part 2. Otherwise it would have been a fairly large waste of time in an episode that was noticeably rushed as it was.

My prediction for the next episode? PAIN!

In the first eps Megatron was quite able to singlehandedly destroy all the Autobots and their ship.

In the first eps Starscream was also singlehandedly turning the Autobots into scrap.

Later on BLitzwing and Lugnutz were only defeated when Ratchet used the weapons of their ship to defeat them. Otherwise, the Autobots would have been defeated.

But now we have all four of them together. So going from previous eps, even if the Dinobots show up, the Autobots should be turned to scrap unless they get some serious reinforcements from Cybertron. If Blitzwing & Lugnutz take the Autobots that would leave Starscream and Megatron for the Dinobots. If the Decepticons get even more reinforcements (Soundwave and Lockdown), then the eps should be finished in about five minutes and Earth will be plundered by the Deceps.

If the Dinobots save the day, then I will consider that an extremely cheap solution. Hated it in G1 cartoon. Would be far more interesting to see the Autobots on the run.


Also, if Autobots from Cybertron show up, will Optimus still be in command? He was after all thrown out of the academy/the elite guards. So any member of the elite guards should technically outrank him.

I guess he will show up in part 2 of Megs Rising...oops.

autobots get spanked dinobots save them they regroup at the ark and with a little help from BA they try and take back the key all in all I think we will all be wrong and it will be full of win

also its not the end of the series looking at the episode listings we are just over half way
