Right this seems the easiest way to seperate the spam from the sighting thread..
Anything transformers or non transformer related items can be discussed here or just general banter.
Right then...
Finished Smash Bros brawls adventure mode with my sister earlier, it is fantastic and will be worth waiting for (got an import version and a freeloader. I do like Wario and Sonic's fighting styles.
have just unlocked toon Link and just need to find JigglyPuff and Wolf and the roster is complete
the co-op adventure and events are cool.

Nope, Nintendo are trying to make up for this by releasing Mariokart here a couple of weeks before america but it's besides the point.

thought i'd post how this is going. Grimlock arrived today, slag should arrive either tomorow or the day after, sludge i won mere hours ago and swoop and snarl are still ongoing. if i don't win swoop i think i'll settle for the ko version.
*edit* well, i lost the swoop auction, i went out with a few friends for a drink so wasn't here to see the end of it.
I got the KO Swoop, £30 is the cheapest i found though (doesn't seem right to pay more for the ko than the original dinobots tthough i shouldn't be too hesitant in repainting his chest blue if i choose as it isn't an original.)

I almost but one when i'm in. i don't like the look of the pain apps on the mk3 though so i'm probably going to buy two mk 2s so i can do one up as the mk3 and have a mk2

Phantoka Chriox. That bloody thing looks like the Xenomorph Queen! Seriously cool and the extra arm segment allows for some truly fantasticly terrifying poses. I now have, Toa Ignika, Makuta Ikarax and all the Phantoka. Luckily for me ASDA seem to have a Any 2 for £7 on their partners.. BUT OUR LOUSY ONE ONLY HAS ONE IN STOCK.. They are quite good. Lots of detail and articulation. The Ironmonger figure is the best, it is really heavy.
I was going to get two becuse it is begging for a repaint, but I think it might be a "shortpacked" figure.
Also they are only £7.99

Now that the price for BTs is becoming a little bit more sensible I picked up Skids for Just over £30 - I’m now missing just the 3 BTs which I’m going to try and pick up in the next few months (Ligier is going to be a pain in the exhaust to get hold of though.).
All these babies are staying MISB, if I get the urge to have a play I have a friend who is on 24 hour phone alert with an Alternator prepared.

The ones I’m missing are the two repaints, blue Tracks (I have yellow Tracks but forgot to put him in the picture) and Red Jazz (Zoom Zoom) – I’m looking to pay no more than £35 for Zoom Zoom and £30 for Blue Tracks, which in the current climate may be unrealistic.
There are two exclusives I’m missing, Black Convoy and Ligier (clear Mirage), I’ll pass on BC because I’ve never really bought into the Prime repaints = Scourge / Magnus. I’d like Mirage but if I want him I’m going to have to pay top dollar. I’ll be monitoring eBay over the next few weeks to see if he pops up at a price that makes me want to bite the bullet and splash the cash.
But yeah, thanks for your offer. If anyone else sees the BTs I’m looking for, selling at a reasonable price, then please give me a shout.

This clear mirage:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Takara-Transformers-...1QQcmdZViewItemis about as cheap as I have seen (cheap being a relative word!)
Nice work on those BT's I was gonna collect them, but then they bought them out too quick!
So I have the 2 original smokecreens (both numbers) streak and a laserwave. I opened a smokey and laserwave

Also isnt there a reshape / updated smokescreen? (new rally car shape?) or am i dreaming!

So I’m looking at paying around £100 for a clear BT Mirage, not as bad as I thought, but still - ouch!
There are actually 4 Smokescreen BTs (overkill), BT-01 numbers 7&8 (2003) and BT-07 numbers 1&2 (2004). BT-07 had a different mould, deco and packaging to BT-01 and also came with a shoulder gun.

I decided that I was going to take the cheap-a$$ route to collecting TF movie toys; since I’m not too keen on the toys or the packaging I figured I’d go for the loose secondary market and save myself some cash. Won this auction for a really good price.
eBay Listing #220223814999Most of the figures are incomplete which is a bit of a let down but I guess for the price I paid I can’t really complain. I’ll make a couple of the figures available on the trade thread soon, could be useful for parts or kitbash.
