This site is illegal. There's no way in hell Nintendo authorized Donkey Kong to be on that site. There's as much chance of that happening as JFK rising from the dead.
SMITHSQUARED
you may be right but that site is funner than oregon trail

"Smith has a broken leg"

"Smith has died"

I brought this up for two reasons:

1. Piracy is ghey.

2. Linking to an illegal site is, in fact, illegal in the US. I don't want TFans taken down if somebody goes after that site...

Of course, that's highly unlikely...
Lord Madhammer
Can you explain like, what this is about?
Ol' Timer
I believe he's mentioning this because that site is one of our ad banners.
Lord Madhammer
Ad banners aren't generated by us. They're also based on your own interwebs activity.

actually, didn't the old 8bit games fall into public domain? also, no, linking to an illegal site is not illegal, and technically wouldn't it be google doing the linking?

No. Plus, Donkey Kong is in print via about a different billion Nintendo own games/whatever.
