Are the premium figures going to be released everywhere or are they going to be like the best buy versions of Ratchet and Megatron and only available at certain stores?

Starscream is a Target exclusive, the rest are wide releases.

that works out great since all i need is prime and megs, back when they came out i had no money and now were getting them and better then before, i've never been so happy about being poor
