I bought First Strike OP over Evac

No. The Blackout / Evac mold sux.

I personally like the Blackout mold but not enough to bother with a repaint with a few retooled parts.

While not a terrible fig voyager movie Prime felt to me like an economy quality class fig where as the LC is much better all around. Congrats on finding the First Strike variation. I was set to pick up that one as well but as luck would have it the original movie decal finally showed up at the beginning of the year. I don't mind the blue/flames but what I liked about First Strike was that is was a nice G1 homage and as such could be set apart from the line as a stand alone Prime.

Also Cybertron Evac is pure win. Most of the figs in the Cybertron line were very wonderfully done, and featured a lot of bang for a person's buck. Also Cybertron is probably one of the largest toy lines to emerge since G1. I should know I collected most of them and the line itself is baically the bulk of my 300+ collection.

Loves Blackout, WANTS EVAC, Wants a Skorpy to repaint into a new parner for Evac.

Evac looks horrible colorwise.. thats just my opinion. G1y movie prime isn't really imaginitive to what we aren't already used to other than he's a different kind of truck (a modern one) .. so it's kinda stalemate .. again, IMHO.

Truth be told, I liked Blackout despite him being short.. I think it's the new head sculpt and the weird black and yellow caution decals that really killed Evac for me.

Voyager Prime whatever his colors is a great figure. No worries.
