Hi Guys

Can anyone help me out please? I've just gotten back in to transformers big time. I've started trying to add to my collection of toys that i had when i was a kid.

I've looked around Woolies, TRU, Toymasters and Ebay but not really sure what all the different references etc mean.

I've seen different bots with F22, F5 etc next to them are these catalogue numbers of some sort?

Also the Woolies near me had tons of the really small movie figures (probably 2"-3" in height) i've purchased these but would rather have some larger ones.

So far i've managed to get a Fast Action Battler Ratchet "think thats what its called" on the packaging it said level 2. What does the level mean?

Also so a Barricade in TRU but it was a different colour to the film. Are any of these rare(ish)?

Cheers for any help!

Hey buddy , let me bw the first to welcome you back into the Fandom..

The small figures you talk of are legends figures they are the most basic of the movie line..

The fast action battler is best known as a 'FAB' here and the level on it means the complexity of transformation most often.

The barricade you saw was Recon Barricade, it is a repaint of the regular movie figure (expect to see a lot more repaints, bumblebee into cliffjumper etc)

Im not sure about the f22 and f5 refernce but it may be something to do with Starscream in the movie being an F22-Raptor (model of the plane)..

Hope I helped!

Thanks for the quick answer.

Thanks for clearing some of that up.

The F number's i have seen are on Ebay but not seen any reference to it on the packaging. They vary from different Optimus models.

Also i'm struggling finding an Optimus, Ironhide or Bumblebee at a similar or larger size to the Ratchet FAB (see catching on to the lingo already lol) the only Bumblee i have seen was for £80 in TRU.

Anyone know anywhere online i could find these?
