Another option would be to explain why the Hilary haters have got it wrong instead of just deciding to avoid opposing viewpoints.

I may despise Bush. But even I find it empty and gheytastic when people use any little thing he does, no matter how inconsequential, as an excuse just to spit their venom. No matter what Hillary says or does however trivial, you guys're determined to hold it up as an example of "how much she sucks/blows", so what is the point of anyone else listening?

Makes me think twice when my fellow Obama-supporters say only uneducated ignorants in the middle of nowhere are supporting Hillary..

And the race is still tight-ish. So there are plenty of Hillary supporters out there who have plenty of reasons for backing her.

I guess

If you want some serious problems I have with her, here you go:

1. As secretive as Bush, preferring loyalty over skill
2. Triangulation as a political strategy
3. Refusal to admit mistakes (also Bush-esque)
4. Pushing "35 years of experience" when her primary claim to fame is First Lady
5. Inability to do ANYTHING about universal health care, despite championing it for 15 years
6. Horribly unfashionable pantsuits

Maybe that's their (uneducated, ignorant) way of saying that part of Clinton's base of support has been the "Wal-Mart" demographic; i.e. white blue-collar folks making <$50K a year. But Obama did win that demographic in Wisconsin last night...

Apparently, most of the asians, latinos, and other non-black minorities are supporting Clinton. They seem to dislike Obama (or his constituents) for a multitude of reasons, some of which I find as equally vapid as the ones for which people hate Hillary.

1. Secretive in what way?
2. Although not in your case, "triangulation" just seems like a pejorative term used by those who dislike a moderate position.
3. Understandable, though seems oversimplified.
4. She has been involved in politics well both before and after her tenure as First Lady. And she was also a presidential appointee during her husband's administration. Not an elected office, but she was no less an appointee than any other position in the Executive.
5. I'm told Obama hasn't been on any of the senate committees or pushed any major political achievements either (I haven't verified, mostly because I don't care if he has or hasn't).
6. Can't help ya there.

There are also lots of possibly valid criticisms against Obama by Clinton-supporters (though I don't tend to agree with most of them). But Obama and Clinton have infinitely more differences with the closest Repub candidate than they do with each other. The only notable difference between Obama and Clinton to me is their charisma.

My brother's in the military as well. They're both officers and graduates of one of the US military academies. And I was just putting a disclaimer on it so that the statement wouldn't be taken as "this was said by a model individual representing 'the average demographic'".

WHOA, WHOA lets just hold on there...I haven't said "LOL, you're stupid" and gave no reason. I only said "what's with the Clampdown voting".

Why I was drug into this is beyond me but okay.

I have real reasons to dislike her.

1. LOL
2. she's
3. stupid

Okay seriously, I do have my reasons as I truely do believe that she is corrupt and given the opportunity she'll hurt us more than Bush ever could. The more I learn of her and her "ambitions" the more I see reason to worry if she cheats her way to being the President (God forbid). Maybe it just me but I would like her at least try to stick to something without changing her position on the subject besides being President.

On a side note if Obama some survives the Clinton death threats and becomes the President I don't see that being a bad thing. I would truely give a wait and see approach to him.

I'm just sad that my guy is getting his butt kicked (Huckabee) but I'll live.

I think so. Bush is mainly responsible for hurting people outside the US.

Well, for anyone who hasn't heard, the NY Times is running a story about McCain and some female lobbyist... he's at a news conference right now about it. The thing is, the story doesn't actually claim that he had a relationship with her, just that his aides were concerned about the appearance of impropriety... nevertheless, it's this big deal now and he's at a microphone in front of a lot of reporters with his wife at his side. Not the kind of imagery any politician wants.

Blog:extreme left-wing rhetoric::talk radio:extreme right-wing rhetoric.

I prefer to deal in generalities rather than go look for a Conservative blog or Liberal talk radio. I'd rather listen to/read strident opinions about things that won't end up destroying society, like TV and sports.
